What platforms can I publish to today?+
The workspace supports YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels for publish flows. LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat Spotlight, and X are in the UI as coming soon.
Do I need separate captions for each network?+
Yes — and that is the point. Auto-generate SEO writes platform-native titles, captions, and tags from your transcript instead of copy-pasting one bland description everywhere.
What video format should I upload?+
Upload a vertical 9:16 MP4, MOV, WebM, M4V, or MKV. YouTube Shorts max 60s; Instagram and Facebook Reels max 90s; TikTok ideally under 3 minutes. Over-limit platforms are auto-deselected.
How does sign-in work?+
Sign in with Google, Facebook, or TikTok. Demo mode stores a local session; production will use real OAuth so we can publish to your connected channels.
Can I schedule posts?+
Yes. Toggle Schedule for later, pick a date and time, then queue the job. Delayed workers (BullMQ) ship in the backend phase.
What is an AI processing minute?+
Minutes spent on transcription, smart formatting, and SEO generation. Plans include a monthly pool sized for solo creators up through agencies.
Will you crop my landscape footage?+
MVP expects 9:16 masters. Smart face-tracked cropping for landscape sources is planned after the core publish pipeline is live.
How do I cancel or change plans?+
Once Stripe is connected, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from billing. Until then, use the workspace free while we finish Phase 0–1.
