Stock footage and your own clips for a 9:16 short
Free stock video, your uploads, or stills, cut to the script in portrait. How Create with AI fills a short-form frame.

Footage follows the script
Search terms describe the pictures. You can leave them empty and let the generator choose, or suggest terms yourself. Match clips to the script order when the first line and the first shot should agree. Clip length and clip speed control how long each piece stays up.
Join clips at random or in order. The fit is either cover, which fills the 9:16 frame, or contain, which fits the whole image inside it. Cover is the usual short-form choice. Contain leaves bars when the source is not vertical.
Free stock, or files you already have
The free footage source is stock video. Upload your own clips or stills when the stock look is wrong. Refresh the clip list after an upload. AI image and other paid footage providers appear only if their keys are already on the generator. You do not need them to finish a short.
After the render, the studio is where you reframe a shot that landed under the buttons. Creation picks the clips. The edit puts them in the safe part of the frame.
